At KIDS N CROWNS, we believe every child possesses the potential to become a leader and positive force in their community. Our mission drives everything we do, from our daily interactions with young people to our long-term program development.

What We Do

KIDS N CROWNS is a nonprofit organization that promotes self-confidence and leadership among children by empowering them to be positive role models in their communities. We create safe spaces where children can discover their strengths, develop essential life skills, and learn the importance of giving back.

Leadership Development

We provide structured programs that teach children essential leadership skills through hands-on activities and real-world applications.

Self-Confidence Building

Our supportive environment helps children recognize their unique talents and build the confidence to pursue their dreams.

Children learn the value of service by participating in community projects and volunteer opportunities.

Crown Academy

Our flagship 12-week leadership program where children ages 8-16 learn essential skills including public speaking, problem-solving, teamwork, and community service planning.

Mentor Circles

Small group mentoring sessions that pair experienced youth leaders with younger participants, fostering peer-to-peer learning and lasting friendships.

Community Champions

Service-learning projects where our young leaders identify local needs and develop solutions, putting their leadership skills into action for community benefit.
